Town Hall Rentals

Constructed in 1913 as the first government building in Centerville-Washington Township, Town Hall was once the central hub of community activity, from high school graduations to weddings and community meetings. The century-old landmark offers a large turn-of-the-century auditorium or smaller rehearsal room, depending on your needs.

Please note there will be a $100 cleaning fee for entire facility rentals.

The 208-seat auditorium offers unique architecture and a full main stage. Includes the use of lighting and sound equipment. The theatre and stage are handicapped accessible.

The handicapped accessible area offers 750-square-feet of tiled space at the rear of Town Hall.

This meeting/classroom space in the lower level of Town Hall has space for 30 people. Use of tables and folding chairs is included. This space is not accessible to those in wheelchairs or those who have mobility issues.
