Washington Township invites businesses from the unincorporated area of the Township to breakfast on Friday, October 25, 2024. This year, the breakfast will be held at Fire Station 41, located at 716 East Franklin Street. Doors open at 7:30a for networking and breakfast, followed by a brief program, with the event ending by 9a.
“This breakfast is a great way for local leaders to network with other area businesses and regional partners. In recent years, we’ve been at capacity in the previous location, so we’ve been looking for a way to accommodate more businesses,” mentions Scott Paulson, Trustee President. “Station 41 solves that problem and also offers a unique opportunity to invite businesses into a space they don’t normally have the chance to see. There will be no interruption to service while crews respond to calls from another station and do training off-site.”
In response to recent surveys and conversations with businesses, more time will be allotted for networking. “Attendees can expect a slightly more casual event this year,” says Paulson. “We know from feedback received over the years that local leaders are looking for those rare opportunities to connect with other businesses and we want to make sure we leave plenty of space for that to happen at this event.”
