Washington Township is in the final stages of updated its Comprehensive Land Use Plan. This important phase is where valuable feedback is gathered from the community at an open house on Wednesday August 28 from 6-8p in the auditorium at RecPlex West, 965 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd.
By participating in the open house, residents can share their priorities and concerns, allowing the Township to better understand the perspectives of the community and use those recommendations to guide land use policy, funding, resource decisions, and infrastructure. The plan will define a land use and development framework for various areas in the Township such as housing, transportation, and economic development.
