Town Hall - Entire Building

Constructed in 1913 as the first government building in Centerville/Washington Township, Town Hall was once the central hub of community activity, from high school graduations to weddings and community meetings. The century-old landmark offers a large turn-of-the-century auditorium or smaller rehearsal room depending on your needs. 

Please note there will be a $54 cleaning fee for entire facility rentals.

Auditorium

The 208-seat auditorium offers unique architecture and a full main stage. Includes the use of lighting and sound equipment. The theatre and stage are handicapped accessible.

Bicentennial Room

• 750-square-feet of tiled space at the rear of Town Hall

• Handicapped accessible

Rehearsal Room (Capacity - 30)

• Meeting/classroom space for 30 in the lower level

• Not accessible to those in wheelchairs or who have mobility limitations

• Use of tables and folding chairs is included.
